Dear guests, we will try to briefly show you the basic information about the accommodation we offer.
We offer accommodation in two separate buildings, distance from the city center - 6 km (about 10 minutes by car, about 15 minutes by public transport). Direct bus line no. 43 - distance from the bus stop 100m.

We are located in the village of Kotež, which is only separated from the city center by a bridge over the Danube river - only 6 km away. The settlement is peaceful, quiet, with plenty of parks, buildings with fewer floors and private houses sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city. Due to the proximity of the river, the temperature in the summer is a few degrees lower than the temperature in the city center.
In the immediate vicinity, 100m, there is a large supermarket, 2km from the nearest shopping center and McDonald's.

The building is located on the main street in the Kotež neighborhood, where the frequency of people and traffic is a little higher. Our restaurant SveNaDrvce is on the ground floor of the building, and the rooms are on the 1st floor.

Provided parking, and if necessary, a garage space. The capacity of accommodation units is 16 people (1 double, 3 triple, 1 five).

All rooms are air-conditioned, have a separate bathroom, and internet, and are equipped with equipment for personal hygiene.

A small kitchenette is at your service, and if necessary, a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The rooms are large, very nicely and modernly arranged.
